Deposits: 1/2 total amount at time of booking
Payment Policies: 1/2 of total reservation amount is due at the time of booking. 2nd half due on arrival (special events and holidays-2 wks prior to arrival.)
Cancellations: $25 cancel fee will apply to ALL cancellations made by deadline. Cancel Deadline: by noon 2 days prior to arrival-special events and holidays; noon 2 weeks prior to arrival date.
Arrival/Departure: check in is between 3 and 5 pm as soon as your unit becomes clean and available. Towels and linens & etc. are provided; replenishment is at an additional charge. Coin operated laundry areas are provide for your convenience. If arriving AFER 5 PM; you MUST call the day of your arrival for arrangements. Our office is open daily from 9-5. After hours arrivals MUST have made arrangements.
Tax: 15% hote tax; $5/night hoa fee;$5.50/res fee.
